School is a social Institution which fulfills different needs of the society. By imparting Education on one hand it makes students aware of their Cultural values and the other hand prepares them to face the challenges of changing scenario with efficiency.

In School there are many capable Students who need motivation direction and timely supervision of their efforts achievement.

There are many more skilled students who are not been identified due to lack of proper direction and motivation than who are able to makes their name because of this the loss to the society can not be estimated.

In the sense the motive of Education is to prepare youth who is strong physically, mentally and spiritually.

They should have positive attitude, should be full of confidence and able to learn from their mistakes and failures.

There value can be taught through books but they are not substitute to the personality of a teacher, because learning is not only purpose its implementation and use in day to day life is equally important for which the motivation comes from a good teacher
